  1. My order is never came! We're so sorry this happened to you. However, we are not responsible for the lost of packages because once we provide you with a tracking, it is out of our hands. There will be no refunds or replacement on lost packages. Thank you for understanding! :)
  2. Who do you ship with? We often ship with USPS, but sometimes we ship with UPS as well! All orders come with a tracking number! (:

Where do you ship to? Now, we only ship in the contiguous 48 states--------Alabama; Arizona; Arkansas; California; Colorado; Connecticut; Delaware; District of Columbia; Florida; Georgia; Idaho; Illinois; Indiana; Iowa; Kansas; Kentucky; Louisiana; Maine; Maryland; Massachusetts; Michigan; Minnesota; Mississippi; Missouri; Montana; Nebraska; Nevada; New Hampshire; New Jersey; New Mexico; New York; North Carolina; North Dakota; Ohio; Oklahoma; Oregon; Pennsylvania; Rhode Island; South Carolina; South Dakota; Tennessee; Texas; Utah; Vermont; Virginia; Washington; West Virginia; Wisconsin; and Wyoming
  4. Can I order in bulk (50+) for a discounted price? You can! Just contact us! We love bulk orders!
  5. Can I pick up the order instead of getting it shipped? Yes you can, but there's a catch! We only do pick ups within the 626, and sometimes the 415! If you don't know what that is, we most-likely cannot meet up with you. ):
  6. I have an allergy to ...! Contact us and we'll let you know if our chili is for you :)
  7. Refunds: Because we are a small business, we will not be doing any sort of refunds!
